1)click on the arrow, create new and type in ur user name. You can put in phonetics so every time u enter the server it makes says the word.
2)click on the arrow, near server name and input the information down below

hostname/ip= cali2.nationvoice.com
portnumber= 4075
there is no password.

3)click connect'
4) when u enter the server click on setup. check the box that says push to talk, down below ull see a blank area where u can setup ur push to talk hotkey, (i use middle mouse button).

NOW YOUR DONE!

u can now talk to ppl and put urls in ur comments.
