Ijji and any other places you can find. We are starting to fall behind and if we dont get more people we will lose the title

They dont want to do "random" invites, also 1000 more hours for simply and we will be second place.

we really should start now. The guild has been slowly dying, our guild leader quit but still is the guild leader, our sub-guild leaders are not as active anymore, we lost over 30 memebers in the last few weeks, quiting > recruiting, and we are going to be silver crowned soon which means we'll lose more.

In my opinion someone has to get in here and do a 360 change

You make it seem like rank means all, but rank doesn't. People should not be in the guild just because we are number 1, that's not what we are looking for, we are looking for people that are active, and stage lots, and want to do guild runs, and most importantly kind and willing to help each other. Being number 1 doesn't really mean a lot, imo. For example, MMOkami was number 1, but as you can see their guild was full of afkers and some people like the some in most guilds that you do not want in your guild, let's not go into further detail... but, so what? did it mean that they did guild runs a lot? no... I think it's real annoying when you are in a guild and no one would listen to you, no one wants to do runs with you to get extra exp. If people want to be in a guild that will forever stay number 1, I don't think that's possible and it probably means they're just in for bragging rights, which is um.. should I say very full of themselves.

Yeah and like someone said earlier, it is quality not quantity. I don't want to be in a guild that has a bunch of people but they lack... let's just say skills.

Well if they are in here just for number one, it shows how shallow they are
and if they leave, it is their loss.
We can really , really care less about that.

Like I said before agreeing to quality > quantity.
