Reformation Now. .___. And the ranks.

We have to change now, and I mean now now. -_____-
The guild, ScaredSouls, (Current rank:7) has like 50 members on. o___o (And they are currently 3rd current score.... o___o Last time I checked they weren't on the top10)
Ours is like 30 at its best. (Or so far that I have seen)
Which means we should rethink how we invite people to our guild.
Personally, I'd say let Juniors or whatever make a party list or something
And have them chat with the people that want to join. (Since some people are that....dumb and don't know what forums are.)

We need more active Juniors and etc .___.
Lets stop talking of how we can change and just take action now, before Audacity falls.
Reform the ranks.
Like 90%? of our Juniors that are on, but....not active.
The only ones that I see on some of the times? or something are like Syora, Bowjob, Leca, Dom, Pro, and snowi.
For close to 6 people to recruit? xD Thats little.
The acception/rejection process takes too long. .___.
Since only like 10%? of our guild actually uses the forums.

And blah blah blah, don't hate. o__o
And blah blah blah, I'll start playing again and start using those...ermm shout thingies to recruit. ;D

If they're inactive for [amount] of days
kick them.

Cause they are recruiting anyone.

I'd say random people > inactive.

Anyone can recruit just tell them to whisper the Juniors.

By active, i mean you're actually there and not afk 99% of the time when you're on. -____-

There are more Freshmans that are always on than anyone else in a higher rank. I think they should be paid attention more.

Because based on the number of people per rank, there are more people under the rank "freshman" than other ranks, so of course there would be more freshmen on at the time than every other rank.

I meant like. There are people that are always on 24/7 that are still freshmens.
