give us a new base rank

it doesnt make sence for the starting rank to be freshmen because even if they sign up at forums they are freshmen weither or not they get in?
therefore i think we should promote all members to a members rank while new sign ups will all be something like "trainee" yes it is difficult for alanna and you andrew to switch everyones rank everytime someone egst accepted into guild but i feel its needed to differentiate

i agree, move everyone up a rank, exept for the seniors and juniors. softmores>> juniors, current fresh men>> sophemore,
when a fresh man has been in the guild for 2 months>> sophmore

and if someone's innactive for 7 days+ w/o warning it's a kick.
some people get ground for a week, so that's why its 7 days

i was talking about forums to get rid of the distinction between members and people signing up.

IceDevil, your suggestions have already been implemented. And their cant be too many juniors in a guild, it will throw the power out of wack. I guess you should stay as a Freshman for a couple more month before up ranking..

I think Lunia only allow 5 ranks in a guild. If all the current members recruited in the game becomes sophomore and all the new joined members in the forum becomes freshman, then how will we determine new guildies recruited in the game? Sometime, Action still recruits players in game.
