we need to be more like a guild
seriously look at shadoworder
they are in the same square
they do tons of guild runs so most of them are much higher level than our average
i see them everday talking in broken spanish saying upper or lower or myth
i wish this guild would be more like that and work together more often to level doing actual runs together
and i dont think ive ever done upper with more than 2 other members yet ~.

Re: we need to be more like a guild
I've always expressed interest in doing guild raids and the like. I never generate enough interest in guild chat so I don't bother.
Just the other day someone was getting a guild raid together, and I told them at least 5 times I would go if they would only wait a few minutes. A few others said the same, and they just through a fit and signed off.
I've tried a few times to set them up myself. I've tried to join others, but there isn't enough interest. I end up running raids and x-10 stages more often with people on my friends list than people in the guild because its a pain to get a group together.
As always I'm openly available to anyone who needs my help or wants someone to raid with, but I'm not going to bother dealing with people who lose interest because the raid doesn't start immediately.

We have a lot of young kids and noobs in our guild still lol. It takes time I guess.
Re: we need to be more like a guild
I see our guild seems like to ask help on doing x-10 runs instead of raids.
But then again, our quild have players from all over the world, the time zone differences is a problem to gather people to go on raids together. I often see someone asking help on 4-10L, an hour or so later, another player signs in and ask for help in 4-10L.
I don't know where the people from in ShadowOrder, if they are speak spanish, they might be under the same time zone, that's prob why they can organize raids so much easier cause everyone is online playing at around the same time.
Maybe we should like open a thread that list the time that our guild will be doing a raid. Sort of like schedule a raid on a certain day of the week and get ppl to sign up for it. If their are more than 8 ppl in the raid, we can make 2 runs or something like that. Once these raids have gain enough recognition, and most of our guildies knows about it, we can increase its occurrences.

I'm always up for a raid, but I rarely have the needed key so I'm kinda out of luck most of the time lol.
