I've seen a bunch of people with the Cold Shining Kingdom Guardian's Gloves and Cold Shining Kingdom Guardian's Cloak, but I've never heard any talk about how they got them. Anyone have the answer I seek?

I think the capes were given out during an event.

The Cold Shining Kingdom Guardian's Glove was in my cash inventory, I didn't even buy it, it was there. So i might as well use it. Laughing

you can access your cash inventory in your Inventory, under the bags you will see the cash inventory button. It allows your character to use the CS items you bough from the CS shop using G coins.
